Burgers and Brews 2021 was a huge success!

I was one of the “official” judges on Saturday, June 26th at the United Against Poverty of Indian River County Burgers and Brews 2021 festival! The three other judges were Chef Leanne Kelleher from The Tides, Chef Sue Torres from Citrus, and Chef Dan Wood from Cafe 66! We had the tough “job” of tasting 9 different burgers and picking a winner! The judges pick for Best Burger in Indian River County went to American Icon Brewery! Festival attendee’s voted for their favorite, and the People’s Choice went to Marsh Landing! Congratulations go out to both restaurants! We definitely have some talented chefs in our area and it was an honor to get a chance to taste all of their creations! Check out all the photos below to see all the burger entries from the restaurants competing!
