Dinner Revolution: A Winning Recipe for Success in Downtown Vero Beach

Since moving to downtown Vero Beach in early September, Dinner Revolution, led by Chef Nick Haddad, has quickly become a must-visit spot. Originally gaining popularity at their previous location on Oslo and 27th Ave, Chef Nick saw the opportunity to expand after outgrowing their old space. The new location has allowed the restaurant to grow its offerings, now featuring lunch and a late-night menu in addition to their signature dinner service. With a fresh new interior and personal touches, including a stunning new floor, the restaurant has created a welcoming and modern vibe for guests.

Dinner Revolution is known for its ever-evolving menu, updated monthly to keep things fresh and exciting. Whether it’s hearty comfort food like Sun-Dried Alfredo and Beef Wellington, or lighter options like Chicken Florentine and Lemon Caper Cobia, there’s always something new to try. For those seeking healthier meals, they also offer meal preps, available for pickup at the restaurant or through local health food shops and gyms. Each dish is crafted fresh in-house by Chef Nick and his talented team, ensuring quality and flavor with every bite.

Chef Nick is joined by his brother Greg, who greets guests with a friendly smile and makes sure everyone feels at home. Together, they make a fantastic team, and their dedication to creating a great dining experience has contributed to the restaurant’s success. Now let’s dive in to see what their current December menu has to offer!

Lunch Menu

Close-up of the Reuben Press sandwich from Dinner Revolution, featuring stacked corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing pressed between rye bread.

First up, let’s talk about the Reuben Press. Thinly sliced corned beef is stacked high, then topped with tangy sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and creamy Thousand Island dressing, all pressed between toasty rye bread. This sandwich is bursting with flavor, from the savory, peppery richness of the corned beef to the sweet and tangy notes of the dressing. The combination of these bold flavors creates a perfect balance in every bite!

Big Ray’s Burger is a true handful, made with a juicy grilled 1/2lb burger patty and topped with smoky Gouda, caramelized onions, Canadian bacon, and a generous drizzle of BBQ sauce. As you can see from the photo above, this burger is stacked high, delivering that perfect, satisfying bite we all crave. It’s the kind of burger that hits all the right flavor notes—rich, smoky, sweet, and savory—making it a must-try!

Dinner Menu

Two Veggie Tostadas from Dinner Revolution, topped with grilled veggies, vegetarian refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cheddar, and radish, served with a side of jasmine rice.

Next up from the dinner menu are the Veggie Tostadas, a fan favorite for those seeking vegetarian and gluten-free options. Two crispy tostadas are generously topped with grilled veggies, vegetarian refried beans, fresh lettuce, tomato, cheddar, and radish, all served with a side of fragrant Jasmine rice. After reading numerous glowing reviews on Dinner Revolution’s Facebook page, it’s clear that this dish hits the mark. I’ve had it twice now—it’s that good! For those who prefer a vegan option, simply eliminate the cheese, or for a heartier meal, add one of their protein options.

Plated Beef Wellington from Dinner Revolution, featuring a tender filet of beef coated with grain mustard, mushroom duxelles, wrapped in puff pastry, and served with Bordelaise sauce and loaded mashed potatoes.

For the final dish (not including dessert), we have a true specialty item that’s not often found on many menus around the Treasure Coast, likely due to the complexity of preparing it—Beef Wellington. Made famous by Gordon Ramsay, this decadent dish is a real showstopper! A tender filet of beef is coated with grain mustard, topped with a flavorful mushroom duxelles, then wrapped in buttery puff pastry and baked to perfection. It’s served with a rich Bordelaise sauce and a side of indulgent Loaded Mash, making for a truly luxurious dining experience. If you’ve been wanting to try Beef Wellington, now is the time—this dish will only be available through the end of December. Don’t miss your chance to enjoy this culinary masterpiece!

Dessert

Warm Pineapple Upside Down Cake from Dinner Revolution, served with a golden, caramelized topping and a rich, decadent flavor, perfect for dessert lovers.

Although not currently on the menu, I felt it deserved an honorable mention. The Pineapple Upside Down Cake is one of my all-time favorite desserts, and it’s absolutely fantastic! Served warm and decadently rich, it’s a treat you won’t forget. Be sure to keep an eye on the menu—this indulgent dessert is sure to make a grand return in the near future!
