How do I become a Savor Club Member?

It’s easy to become a Savor Club Member!  Click here and fill out the online form, enter your credit card information, and click on “Register”, it only takes a few minutes to complete!

What does the Savor Club Membership entitle you to?

As a Savor Club Member, you and your immediate family (one household) are entitled to receive the deal(s) and/or discount(s) offered on this website at our participating restaurants and retail stores. We host monthly events around the Treasure Coast area and members get 24-hour early access to purchase tickets (select events) before the general public for our Meetups and Specialty Dining Experiences! Coming soon, we will be working on foodie tours and travel excursions to destinations around the Treasure Coast, so stay tuned for upcoming trips!  (Some restrictions may apply)

How do I use my membership?

Visit our Restaurant & Retail Directory page to find the restaurant or retail store you wish to use and open their business listing from our directory. Scroll down to the “Detailed Information” section to see the discount offered. Upon being seated at your table or checking out at a retail store, please let your waiter, waitress or store clerk know that you are a Savor Club Member and show them the “Deal Image” you wish to use via your mobile phone. The “Deal Image” confirms that you are a valid Savor Club member and they will honor the discount.  When you receive your check at the end of your meal, please verify that the discount was applied before completing payment.  Be sure to tip on the full amount, it’s the Savor Club way! Will I receive a membership card in the mail?

No. Our membership is electronic only and must be accessed via a mobile phone internet browser or with our free mobile app. All communication is done via email, so please add our email address, thomas@treasurecoastfoodie.com to your safe sender’s list to avoid missing our email communications. If you signed up and have not received an email from us yet, please check your spam folder to see if they went there. If you are still having issues, please Contact Us for further assistance.

Are the deals good for only one time or can I use them more than once?

The deals are good for each and every time you visit the restaurant or retail establishment. If you dine out frequently, you can see how the savings can add up quickly!

Can my spouse or partner use my membership?

YES! Your membership is considered a family membership and can be used by either member of the same household.  The rule still applies that only your immediate family (one household) is entitled to receive the deals and/or discounts offered on this website at our participating restaurants and retail stores.

How do I find restaurants that have Savor Club deals?

All restaurants listed in our directory currently offer a deal. From your mobile phone, go to our Restaurant & Retail Directory page via an Internet browser or use our free mobile app to see if your favorites are a part of the club. Enter a keyword for what you are looking for where it says “Search for…”, then click on the blue search button. Additionally, you can further narrow down your search results by using the location option by tapping where it says “Near…” and allowing the app to use your location or enter your zip code.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to use the discount, you must be a valid Savor Club Member and show the “deal image” to your waiter, waitress, or store clerk. Images below show non-Savor Club Member view (Left) and Savor Club Member view (Right).

Will you be adding more restaurants and retail shops?

Yes! We are always looking for new restaurants and retail shops to participate and offer you a discount!  We currently offer deals in Sebastian, Vero Beach, Fort Pierce, Port St Lucie, and Stuart.  Our future expansion plans will cover the entire Treasure Coast including Melbourne, Palm Bay, Port St Lucie, Stuart, Hobe Sound, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and Palm Beach!  Sign up for our email newsletter to be notified when we add new restaurants or come to your area!

I own a restaurant, how do I become a partner member and offer a deal?

Do you have a mobile app that I can download?

Can I use my membership with other discounts or specials?

No. Any entrees or alcoholic drinks that are already on special or discounted are not available for the Savor Club deal. Certain other restrictions may apply.

What if the restaurant or retail store doesn’t honor the discounts?

Savor Club restaurants and retail stores are independently obligated and liable for honoring the discount(s), but an occasional misunderstanding by staff may occur. Always ask for the owner or manager with any questions on discount, and if not satisfied, pay your bill (including tip), and Contact Us with details of the dispute. Make sure to include the reason for the dispute, the name of the restaurant, and the owner or manager’s name, along with your full name and the email you registered with, and we will review your dispute and get back to you with our findings.

How am I billed and what if my credit card expires or the number changes?

We utilize a credit card auto-billing system for your convenience. If your credit card is declined because of expiration or a change in number, we will alert you via email to update your payment information. Updating your credit card information can also be done through your Member Dashboard.

Are there any long-term contracts or cancellation fees?

No. We value your membership and would hate to see you go, but we also want to make things simple if you aren’t getting the benefit you expected.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please visit your Member Dashboard. From there, you have the option to cancel your membership. Follow the on-screen prompts to cancel. You will receive an email from our billing system confirming your cancellation. Sorry, no refunds for a partial week, month, year, or lifetime memberships are available.

How do I contact Savor Club?

You can use the Contact Us form on this website or you can email me directly at thomas@treasurecoastfoodie.com.  You may also contact us through Facebook Messenger with any questions or concerns you might have. Please allow up to 24 – 48 hours for us to respond.  Thank you!
