Shortly after this place first opened, we grabbed take out for our weekly family dinner and we were not that impressed. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were still very new, and we figured we would let them work out the kinks and try them again in a few months. I also fully agree that a first experience at any restaurant should be dine-in, because anything that spends more than 10 minutes in a To-Go container is not the same experience as you get when you dining there.
Fast forward to June 2021 and to the United Against Poverty’s Burgers & Brews festival. I was one of the official judges and Greedy Burger was one of the participating restaurants, so I was anxious to see what they came up with. While we didn’t know which burger came from which restaurant until after the contest, I was impressed with their entry (see photo above). Even though they were not the winning burger, their burger was one of the juiciest and best presented in the contest. This piqued my interest to try them again, so I reached out to the owner, Tessa Adams to setup an official review.
Now let’s dive right in and see what this place has to offer and what I had to eat!
