Louis Martini Cabernet Dinner at Cobalt

Wednesday, Feb 26th I attend the Louis Martini Cabernet Dinner at Cobalt Restaurant. Sous Chef Carlos Perez created this 5 course menu with wine from the Louis Martini collection that was paired with each dish. Jessica Petruzzelli from E&J Gallo Winery was there representing the vineyard and gave us a history lesson about the winery and talked about the finer details of each wine throughout the meal. The dinner was served in the Seascape Private Dining Room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

First Course – Bruleed Tomato & Burrata
Second Course – Jamon Reserva
Third Course – Bison Stroganoff
Fourth Course – Venison Cheek
Fifth Course – Blackberry Cobbler

The New Heaton’s Reef!

Heaton’s Reef pool bar has recently undergone a complete renovation and it’s GORGEOUS! The original building is still there but has been completely redone and they added a covered patio with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean! They are now in soft opening working out the details, so go check them out and comment below what you think about the new space!
