This past Saturday, Oct 30th we hosted our very first cooking class with Chefs’ Anthony & Lisa Damiano from Counter Culture restaurant at the Boulevard Tennis Club! Twenty Five students were in attendance and watched the chefs create 4 different dishes, several of which were vegan. Chef Anthony demonstrated the savory dishes, while his wife Chef Lisa demonstrated a dessert. Each student received a taste of the 4 different dishes, a glass of wine, and a copy of the recipes to take home so they can recreate the dishes in their own kitchens.
