Chef Jason and Hallie Alfonso quietly opened their newest restaurant venture in Vero Beach called Pickled and Company. If their names sound familiar to you, they have owned several restaurants on the Treasure Coast over the past several years including 121 Tapas on the Water, Savor, and Pickled Restaurant in Fort Pierce. This place is in the location that was once known as Vero Prime and the previous Savor restaurant. Their concept in Fort Pierce is doing exceptionally well, so they are following that lead and bringing the same / similar concept to Vero. I attended the soft opening on Monday, July 5th to taste a few of their new menu items. Check out the photos below for a preview of what to expect when dining there. They will be open for lunch & dinner starting on July 6th, 2021.
