I recently visited a local hidden gem in Vero Beach. Pizzoodles is a family-owned Italian restaurant that serves everything from garlic knots, made-from-scratch pizza, and homemade delectable desserts. They had three delicious specials on the night we went there that each looked mouthwatering. The owners of Pizzoodles also own a seafood restaurant in downtown Vero Beach called Fishack.

Garlic Knots – These 6 delightful masterpieces include hand-kneaded dough, olive oil, garlic, and freshly grated parmesan cheese. The garlic knots were super flavorful and soft. They were baked to perfection and paired perfectly with the marinara sauce.

Margherita Pizza – This homemade Italian pizza had fresh mozzarella, basil, a sprinkle of salt, and the tomatoes were ripe to perfection. Pizzoodles Margherita pizza is one of the best in town!

Chicken Parmigiana – This Italian dish was seasoned and breaded perfectly. The asiago cheese tasted great with the chicken and the marinara sauce. The spaghetti paired with the marinara sauce and the cheese tasted delectable. To top it off, the portion was much larger than I expected.

Triple Layer Chocolate Cake – This homemade dessert was sweet and fudgy. The cake was moist and rich. The triple-layer chocolate cake was a mouth-watering dessert that hit the perfect sweet spot.
