Sailfish Brewing Company Closes Vero Beach Taproom – Sailfish Brewing Company has permanently closed its Vero Beach taproom after nearly five years of operation on Ocean Drive. According to brewery president David BuShea Jr., the location’s lease expired and rising rental costs made renewing the space financially impractical. While the Vero Beach location has shuttered, the company’s original brewery and taproom in Fort Pierce remains open and will serve as the brand’s sole location moving forward.

Hogan Yards Officially Opens in Vero Beach – Hogan Yards is now welcoming guests during its public soft-opening phase, bringing a unique mix of food, drinks, entertainment, and recreation to Vero Beach. The expansive venue features Texas-style barbecue from Pepper & Salt BBQ, craft beer from Orchid Island Brewery, outdoor gathering spaces, live music, games, and pickleball courts. Open daily from noon to 9 p.m., Hogan Yards is quickly becoming a new community gathering spot for locals looking to eat, drink, and play.
