Two Georges Dockside Grille – Waterfront Dining in Port Salerno, FL

If you’re looking for a true waterfront dining experience, Two Georges Dockside Grille deserves a spot at the top of your list. With roots tracing back more than 60 years to its original Boynton Beach location, Two Georges has long been a staple in that area. On January 4, 2024, the restaurant ushered in a new era with the opening of its Port Salerno location, taking over the space once home to Fysh Stuart and Twisted Tuna. Blending its rich history with a refreshed waterfront setting, it has already become a favorite gathering spot for fresh seafood, sushi, and that quintessential dockside vibe.

First Impressions & Atmosphere

The space underwent beautiful renovations, and it shows in every detail. The coastal atmosphere is welcoming yet upscale, with a deck that makes you feel right at home by the water. (Note: some construction is currently happening on the outside deck, expected to wrap up by mid-October 2025.) Even with that in the works, the interior and overall setting are stunning, making it an excellent choice for both casual meals and special occasions.

Now, it’s time to dive into everyone’s favorite subject: Food.

AHI Tuna Tower

One of the first dishes I tried was the Ahi Tuna Tower. This dish consists of tuna tartare tossed in sesame seed poke sauce, atop fresh avocado and Caribbean salsa, served with homemade wonton chips. It was a refreshing and juicy starter with just the right amount of kick.

Mussels Marinara

The Mussels Marinara also stood out with a rich, flavorful sauce. While P.E.I. mussels can sometimes lean overly fishy, here they struck the perfect balance. The dish came with warm garlic bread that was perfectly dippable, ensuring none of that delicious homemade marinara sauce went to waste.

Shrimp & Scallop Scampi

Despite being traditionally a heavier dish, the Shrimp & Scallop Scampi surprised me with how light and fresh it tasted. Tender sautéed scallops, jumbo shrimp, and ripe tomatoes were layered over linguini and tossed in a delicate garlic lemon butter sauce, then finished with a sprinkle of Parmesan. Each bite struck a perfect balance of richness and brightness.

Seafood Tower

The Seafood Tower is a show-stopping centerpiece, artfully arranged with a whole Maine lobster, snow crab clusters, shrimp cocktail, raw middle neck clams, and raw oysters. Served chilled and beautifully displayed on ice, it’s a feast for the eyes as much as the palate. It’s perfect for sharing between two and celebrating the very best of fresh seafood.

Orange Sunshine Cake

Orange Sunshine Cake dessert at Two Georges Dockside Grille, light citrus cake with bright orange flavor

No meal at Two Georges would be complete without dessert, and the Orange Sunshine Cake is a must-try. Don’t let its size fool you; it’s a huge slice, but surprisingly light with a citrus flavor that’s bright without being overpowering. It’s no wonder this is one of their most popular desserts. Deceptively light and refreshing, it’s the kind of sweet ending that leaves you satisfied.
