Interior of Val’s Brazilian Grill in Port St. Lucie, Florida, featuring cozy dining space and warm Brazilian decor

At Val’s, the star of the show is their Rodizio — a full Brazilian grill experience featuring unlimited table side-carved meats and a buffet brimming with traditional Brazilian dishes. The meats, marinated for three days, are of the highest quality and always fresh, never frozen, just like everything else on the menu, including their homemade desserts. While both lunch and dinner offer a flavorful experience, the atmosphere is especially lively on select nights during dinner service, when talented Brazilian country singers perform live, adding even more flair to your meal. Before you leave, be sure to stop by their Brazilian market just a few doors down, where you can find specialty products and the same premium meats served at the grill.

Now let’s dive right in and see what this place has to offer, and what I had to eat!

While I didn’t experience the full Rodizio during my visit, I was treated to a few highlights from the grill. They brought over skewers of their spicy house-made sausage and bacon-wrapped chicken tenders for me to try. The sausage was bursting with flavor and delivered just the right amount of heat without overpowering the palate. The bacon-wrapped chicken was equally impressive — tender, juicy, and infused with a delicious smokiness from the crispy bacon. Each bite was a perfect preview of the full Rodizio experience that Val’s is known for.

105 Burger with brie, caramelized onions, and white truffle bacon jam at Val’s Brazilian Grill in Port St. Lucie, Florida

One item that immediately caught my eye on the menu was the 105 Burger — and it did not disappoint. This impressive creation starts with a ½ lb Certified Angus Beef patty grilled to perfection, then topped with creamy brie cheese, sweet caramelized onions, and a rich white truffle bacon jam. The first bite confirmed everything I was hoping for. The burger was tender and juicy, with the bacon jam adding a bold, savory punch that tied everything together. An excellent choice for any burger lover looking to elevate their usual go-to.

Braised short rib with mashed potatoes and carrots at Val’s Brazilian Grill in Port St. Lucie, Florida

The Costela No Forno is a beautifully braised short rib served with creamy mashed potatoes and tender carrots. When prepared well, short ribs can be one of the most flavorful and tender beef dishes — and this one delivered in every way. The meat was incredibly tender, flaking apart effortlessly with just a fork. Paired with the rich, buttery mashed potatoes, it’s a comforting, satisfying dish that showcases the heart of Brazilian home cooking.

Rigatoni pasta in white wine short rib cream ragù at Val’s Brazilian Grill in Port St. Lucie, Florida

One of Chef Val’s signature dishes, the Rigatoni de Costela, is a must-try for pasta lovers. This hearty dish features rigatoni cooked perfectly al dente, tossed in a luxurious white wine short rib cream ragù with carrots and onions. The sauce was rich and velvety, with a deep beefy tomato flavor that clung to every bite of pasta. It’s comforting, indulgent, and a shining example of Chef Val’s ability to blend rustic Brazilian flavors with classic culinary technique.

Chilled caramel flan dessert, Pudim de Leite, at Val’s Brazilian Grill in Port St. Lucie, Florida

To end the meal on a sweet note, I tried the Pudim de Leite, a classic Brazilian caramel flan. Served chilled, this dessert had a smooth, delicate texture and a rich caramel flavor that wasn’t overly sweet. Light yet satisfying, it was the perfect way to wrap up an already memorable dining experience.
