Village Beach Market Under Construction and New Food Truck!

I drove by last week and noticed that the Village Beach Market was under construction so I stopped by to see what was going on. Owners, Jason and Vanessa decided it was time to completely gut the store and start over. I got a quick tour of the inside and they are stripping it down to just the 4 walls and starting from scratch with a few new upgrades planned. They have quite an aggressive plan to have all the construction done by the 2nd or 3rd week of October. I plan to follow up with them once they re-open to show you their brand new store, so stay tuned for further updates!

In the meantime, to still be able to take care of their customers, they’ve setup a food truck and a small produce market outside the store. Their in house Chef, Omar Ocasio has created a delicious menu of items you take home and enjoy! Everything I tasted was very fresh with lots of bold flavors! Check out the photos below to see what I had to eat!
