Frequently Asked Questions

Is there enough food served on tours?

Certainly! During our tour, we typically include 3-5 food stops, providing our guests with ample opportunities to indulge in culinary delights. Feedback from our guests consistently reflects their satisfaction with the tour’s culinary offerings, often remarking on feeling satiated by the end of the experience.

What are the length of tours?

All of our tours are between 2–4 hours, depending on the type of tour and the size of the group.

Why is there a range for the number of stops?

Each of our tours is specifically tailored to accommodate the group size, ensuring a personalized and enjoyable experience for all participants. For groups of average size, we meticulously plan a comprehensive itinerary that includes the maximum number of stops. Conversely, for larger groups, we optimize the tour by reducing the number of stops, yet enhancing the culinary experience at each location with an increased quantity of gastronomic offerings!

Are tour guide gratuities included in the price?

Gratuities are not encompassed within the cost of your tour. It is customary in the Treasure Coast region to offer a gratuity of 15-20% of the ticket price to your tour guide. While gratuities are not obligatory, they are greatly valued if you have enjoyed your tour experience.

What type of payment you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted.  All tours must be prepaid.

How much walking is involved?

We walk about a mile at all of our tours. We make plenty of resting stops along the way.

Are the tours wheelchair friendly?

The restaurants & eateries we visit are wheelchair friendly. All tours must follow a schedule with the venues we visit, please have this in consideration when booking.

What are the meeting points for the different tours?

We will disclose meeting points after payment has been completed. We meet at central locations in all the neighborhoods we operate.

What about vegetarians and/or dietary restrictions?

At this moment, our offerings may not align with gluten-free, vegan diets, or cater to severe/life-threatening food allergies. We’re continuously exploring ways to expand our menu options to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

Tours are given rain or shine. A good portion of our time is spent walking outdoors. However, on our food tasting tours, we do spend time inside establishments, so you will not be subject to the elements the entire tour. In the event of a tropical storm or severe lightning conditions that compromise safety for outdoor activities, we will prioritize your well-being and reschedule the tour. Should rescheduling be unfeasible for you, we will offer a full refund. Your safety and satisfaction remain our utmost concern.

What if I arrive late for my tour?

It is advisable to arrive at the designated meeting location 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the tour. To uphold fairness for those who arrive punctually, we will commence the tour promptly at the specified time. In the event of tardiness, you may contact us at (772) 999-6141 in an attempt to locate the group after their departure. Please note, however, that there is no assurance of locating the group, as our guides will be actively engaged in narrating the tour and might not be available to answer calls. We regret to inform that there are no provisions for rescheduling or refunds for late arrivals unable to locate the group.

What Type of Clothing and Shoes Should I Wear?

We do a fair amount of walking on our tours. You should dress casually and wear comfortable shoes or sneakers.
