Wine Dinners

chef’s table at Heaton’s Vero Beach

This past Wednesday, May 12th I hosted my first chef’s table wine dinner at the newly remodeled Heaton’s Vero Beach! If you are not familiar with this restaurant & bar, it’s located at the Vero Beach Hotel & Spa and is adjacent to the swimming pool area. A covered outdoor dining area with an automatic slatted room is one of the biggest changes you will notice from the old Heaton’s. Chef Tom Dolan and his Culinary Team prepared a truly unique 4 course dinner with wines paired with each course. Chef Tom came out in between each course to describe the dish. Once again, they continue to impress me with not only the quality of their food, but the creativity with each dish served.
