Under new ownership of Abigail Introcaso, at the young age of 19, Penny Hill Subs continues its legacy as a beloved hometown sub shop in Indian River County. Abigail took over on February 29th, 2024, making her one of the youngest restaurant owners in the area. She seized the opportunity when previous owner Mickey, who had been running the establishment for over 30 years, decided to retire. The transition was seamless, with Penny Hill Subs maintaining its reputation for exceptional customer service and delicious sandwiches. The original location on Old Dixie, serving the community since 1993, stands as a testament to their commitment to hospitality and longstanding relationships with loyal customers who have been visiting since their childhood. The sub featured above is called the Monte Carlo.
