For those of you who are new to this restaurant, here is how you order:

A food bar of different rice, noodle, and protein options at Bambuu Asian Eatery located in Vero Beach florida

As you enter the restaurant (Rt 60 front entrance), you are warmly greeted by the staff and asked what size bowl you would like. Pick your base (rice or noodles, or both), then pick one or more proteins, such as Bourbon Chicken, Orange Chicken, or Mongolian Beef.

Step around the corner for additional protein options and browse their appetizer selections. Complete your order with a drink and enjoy!

Here are the appetizers that I ordered. I ordered chicken and veggie egg rolls, Rangoons (no crab), and sweet plantains. The chicken and veggie egg rolls delighted with their crispy exterior and flavorful filling, while the Rangoons boasted a creamy & sweet center encased in a crispy wonton wrapper. The sweet plantains, fried till golden brown, were a mouthwatering fusion of sweetness and buttery goodness.

For my main entree bowl, I selected both rice and noodles as my base, then added their signature Bourbon Chicken, Orange chicken, and Mongolian Beef. The Bourbon Chicken delighted with its sweet, slightly smokey, and savory notes, while the zesty Orange Chicken offered a burst of sweet citrusy goodness. Not to be outdone, the Mongolian Beef boasted tender slices of beef bathing in a rich, savory, and moderately spicy sauce.
