Their love for exploring different cultures through food has led them to combine the best of two worlds in the kitchen, resulting in truly extraordinary and memorable dishes. With over a decade of experience owning franchise restaurants and running a small Thai-Sushi and Seafood establishment, they bring a wealth of ideas and inspiration to their newest endeavor. In 2015, their passion took a new direction as they embarked on a mobile food business, giving birth to the beloved Good Eats See Food. This venture was built on the belief that every dish should not only taste exceptional but also be visually appealing, even in a fast-paced environment. Now let’s dive right in and see what this place has to offer, and what I had to eat!

Heart of Palm Salad as served at Florida Food Life restaurant located in Port St Lucie Florida

Heart of Palm Salad – This vegan ceviche-inspired creation combines cherry tomatoes, avocado, cilantro, fennel, red onion, feta cheese, cranberries, walnuts, raw honey, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, and chives, served with tortilla chips on the side. The standout ingredient, hearts of palm, adds a unique texture and tangy flavor. Fresh, delicious, and truly unique, this salad is a must-try for those seeking a refreshing twist on a traditional salad.

Red Thai Curry as served at Florida Food Life restaurant located in Port St Lucie Florida

Thai Red Curry with Chicken – This aromatic curry is made with red chilies, coconut milk, heart of palm, red-green bell pepper, zucchini, basil leaves, and served with a side of fluffy white rice. It hit all the right flavor profiles, offering a delightful balance of earthiness, spiciness, and sweetness. It was delicious!

Grouper sliders as served at Florida Food Life restaurant located in Port St Lucie Florida

Grouper Sliders – Fried grouper fillet, brioche bun, with green lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, tartar & spicy mayo, served with a side of seasoned french fries. The freshness of the grouper shines through in every bite, while the sauces take the flavors to the next level. Have an extra napkin nearby, they are a little messy to eat!

New England Lobster Roll as served at Florida Food Life restaurant located in Port St Lucie Florida

Lobster Roll (New England Style) – 4 oz. chilled Maine lobster meat is tossed with mayo and stuffed into a New England split top roll, garnished with chives, and served with a side salad and french fries. The photo can be deceiving, the lobster roll is bigger than it looks. The lobster meat was perfectly cooked, and lightly dressed, just the way I like it. The bun was also correct for this dish with a rounded top and a soft buttery texture. It was so good!
