Baci Trattoria: A Funky Italian Food Experience – Vero Beach, FL

Hey, it’s Jackson Harbin! I recently had the chance to check out this super cool Italian breakfast & lunch spot right here in Downtown Vero Beach called Baci Trattoria. What makes this place stand out is that they take classic American favorites and give them a unique Italian twist. When you step inside, or sit outside on the covered patio, it feels like you’re dining at a cozy little café in Italy. The atmosphere is just amazing, and the best part is that all the food they serve is fresh and homemade.

So, let’s dive in and see what deliciousness this popular joint has to offer us.

Apple Cider Donuts – These donuts are served warm and were light and fluffy. The frosting compliments the donuts very well. This sweet treat is a perfect way to start the day!

Cannoli Pancake – This breakfast item was a unique take on a regular pancake!! The pancake was light & fluffy with just the right amount of filling. This treat tasted like an explosion of sweetness in your mouth and it was dynamite! And to top it off, a tiny cannoli on top to snack on while eating your pancake.

Corned Beef Hash Eggs Benedict – This brunch staple was reimagined by this restaurant by using corned beef instead of ham or bacon. The hollandaise sauce was rich and creamy and paired perfectly with the corned beef hash.

Italian Hot Dog – This New Jersey style all beef hot dog was gently fried, then topped with peppers and onions. It was finished with a giant heap of deep-fried potatoes, perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. While I’m not a big fan of hot dogs, I thought it was quite delicious!
