Juno Beach Cafe Restaurant Review – Juno Beach, Florida

If you have ever been to Juno Beach, you know this cool cafe is a huge hit. This cafe is called Juno Beach Cafe and on the weekends it is the local’s favorite place to get brunch. Uncle Eddie’s famous pancakes are a tradition since the 1960s. They also have other breakfast staples like steak and eggs and omelets. They also have a lunch menu with unique options. They have live music every Sunday by musician Jordan Lee. This restaurant has been in business serving people for over 25 years. The owners, Terri, and Keith Anderson, are super friendly and sweet. Their food is so fantastic and so worth the drive.

Let’s see what this popular joint has to eat for me!

Uncle Eddie’s “Turtle” Pancakes – This famous breakfast staple can have different toppings but this one had caramel, chocolate, pecans, and creamy cheesecake filling. These pancakes are an iconic dish here at this restaurant. This huge dish was sweet and fluffy. You can have different varieties of their specialty including chocolate chips, hazelnut, regular, banana nut, and strawberry cheesecake so you have many options to choose from if you are craving pancakes. It can be topped off with whipped cream and powdered sugar. I have no clue what Uncle Eddie’s secret ingredient is in these pancakes but all I know is that it’s “dynamite”. This is a perfect way to finish off your weekend or weekday if you live near there.
Shrimp and Grits – This staple combined both breakfast and lunch so you can have it in one dish. Pan – Sautéed shrimp blended with sweet onions, scallions, crispy bacon, and tomatoes, in a garlic butter sauce on creamy grits topped with cheese. The shrimp was seasoned and cooked to perfection. While the shrimp was super flavorful, the grits were very smooth and thick. You can also have two eggs the way you like it. All the toppings and the shrimp with the grits went perfectly with the garlic butter sauce. This southern special is my mom’s favorite and she thought it was super delicious. This dish was cheesy and just perfection with the shrimp and eggs on top.
Pancakes with Eggs and Bacon – This is such a traditional meal that will make you less hungry and full. The bacon was super crispy and the eggs were scrambled to perfection. The pancakes were super soft and chocolatey from the added chocolate chips. This is my dad’s favorite breakfast item because it had everything and is traditional. You can pick and choose pancakes, French toast, or a Belgian waffle. There is also a choice of crispy bacon or sausage and you can get eggs whichever way you prefer it. It is such a classic special but you will be able to try everything and see what you like.
